John Chipponeri is a seasoned business leader, coach, and engineer with over 30 years of global project experience. Raised in a close-knit Sicilian family in Central California, John combines his technical expertise with a passion for personal growth, coaching, and wellness. Today, he supports men’s work and teaches the Enneagram. A UC Berkeley engineering honors graduate with an MBA, John Chipponeri led billion-dollar projects over a 30-year career with Chevron. After semi-retirement, he transitioned into leadership coaching, Enneagram studies, and men’s recovery support. A competitive triathlete turned pickleball coach, John continues to build community through service, sports, and self-development.
